A made-to-measure rug requires 2 months of creation or more. Our production is 100% artisanal, it requires the know-how of several Berber craftswomen depending on the size and difficulty of the rug, which is why the deadlines remain long.

Each rug is unique. You will never find the same twice! Restocking will therefore not be possible.

Delivery takes place between 2 and 7 working days. This deadline has passed, please contact us at contact@anwa-origin.com. You can check the progress of your order at any time by logging into your member area.

In the event of absence during delivery, a re-delivery request will be possible. If the Buyer is also absent during this second delivery, the package will be returned to ANWA’s headquarters, which will result in the cancellation of the order.
