Violation of these provisions exposes its author to the penalties provided for both by the Intellectual Property Code, in particular for copyright infringement (article L.335-1 and following), trademark law (article L .716-1 and following) than by the Civil Code in matters of civil liability (articles 1382 and following).

ANWA is in no way responsible for hypertext links established from the Site and referring to other websites.
The creation of hypertext links to the Site is subject to the authorization of ANWA.
The creation of a deep hypertext link to the ANWA Site or of a hypertext link using the framing technique is prohibited.
ARTICLE 5: USER’S OBLIGATIONS

Subject to the provisions specific to online sales and consumer law, ANWA cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of the Site, including inaccessibility, loss of data, deterioration, destruction or viruses that could affect the computer equipment of users and / or the presence of viruses on the Site. The user therefore declares that he accepts the characteristics and limits of the Internet.
ANWA does not guarantee that the content of the Site is suitable for all countries of the world or available for use in all countries. Users must ensure compliance with the regulations applicable in their country, it being understood that access to the content of the Site may possibly be considered illegal for certain people or in certain countries. ANWA’s waiver of asserting a violation of one of the provisions of the Conditions could not be interpreted as a waiver of asserting the violation of another provision of said General Conditions of Use.
This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
